ParkPulse does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data about you. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking SDKs.
The app saves the following only on your device (in standard iOS storage) so your settings persist between launches. This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us:
Deleting the app removes all of this.
If you choose to plan a route from "My location," the app asks for your location once to calculate a walking route. Your location is used on your device only to compute the route and is never collected, stored, or transmitted to us or any third party. You can decline this and start your route from the park entrance or a ride instead.
When you tap to get walking directions to a stop, the app hands off to Apple Maps, which is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
Per-park weather is provided by Apple Weather (WeatherKit). Weather is requested for the park's location, not yours. Apple's handling of WeatherKit data is described in Apple's privacy policy.
Live wait times and attraction information are retrieved from the public ThemeParks.wiki API. The app sends only the park identifier needed to fetch that data; it sends no information about you.
The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
